Submission Guidelines

What we are looking for -- previously unpublished work in the following categories:

Art: B&W only, clean lines suitable for photocopying, max. 5" x 8"

Poetry: one page max

Flash Fiction: 150 words or less

Comic: B&W only, clean lines suitable for photocopying, 9 panels max, 5" x 8"

Short Story: Under 3000 words.


What we don't want: nudity, smut or excessive vulgarity.

Pays in copies: 3

E-mail submissions to bloodorangeszine @ gmail.com.

Art should be sent in .jpg format (at least 300 dpi) with the subject line Submission: [ art /comic ]: title. At the bottom the the e-mail include your name, phone number, physical address and e-mail.

Stories can be submitted via email (in the body of the email) or as a disposable manuscript mailed to:
